Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation

    • Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been shipped. Once the cancellation request is received, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

    • If payment was made and the order has already begun processing or been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please follow our 30-day return policy as outlined in our FAQ.

    • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at shop@ubiqwatches.com with your order number.

  2. Refunds Upon Cancellation

    • If an order is canceled before shipping, we will refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding any original shipping fees).

    • Please note that credit card transaction fees are not refundable.

    • Refunds will be issued as soon as the cancellation is confirmed and may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

  3. Non-Cancellable Items

    • Pre-orders are only cancellable up to the release date or when the item begins being fulfilled — once stock for the pre-order is allocated, cancellations may not be possible.

    • Accessories and free gifts included with orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable, in line with our return policy.

  4. International Orders

    • For international customers, please be aware that any cancellation refunds do not cover import duties, VAT, or custom handling fees you may have paid. Our pricing and refund are separate from those charges.

    • If an order is returned to us or refused at customs, no refund will be made for customs duties as they are levied by your local customs agency, not UBIQ.

  5. How to Request a Cancellation

    • Email shop@ubiqwatches.com as soon as possible with:

      1. Your order number

      2. The items you wish to cancel

      3. Your reason for cancellation (optional)

    • We will confirm receipt of your request and notify you once the order is canceled or if we are already unable to cancel.

  6. Policy Updates

    • UBIQ reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective as of the “Last Updated” date posted on this page.
