UBIQ is dedicated to offering a 30 Days Free Return Policy for customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase. Should 30 days pass since the date of purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received (inclusive of plastic wrappers and protective stickers) and should be in its original packaging. To complete the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Free gifts are non-refundable.

Are there any charges for returns?

How long does it take for me to get my refund?

Repair Duration:
The UBIQ watch repair process, including the return of your timepiece, typically spans an estimated 8-14 weeks. It's important to note that unexpected circumstances may arise, potentially causing delays in both the repair and shipment processes. Rest assured, we will provide regular updates to keep you informed throughout.

Cost of Repair:
For all warranty services, there is a return shipping, handling, and servicing fee of $25, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

In cases where the defect is determined to result from (external) wear, the customer will additionally be charged for the specific part involved (e.g., Crystal, Case, Dial), in addition to the $25 service fee.

Third-Party Purchases:
If you acquire a UBIQ product from a third-party reseller or online platforms like eBay/Carousell/etc., please be aware that UBIQ Warranty exclusively covers items directly purchased from our official website or authorized stockists.

WARRANTY

The UBIQ warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship arising from normal and reasonable use during the specified warranty period. UBIQ Watches Pte. Ltd. will cover the costs of repair or replacement of the product(s) and/or parts that are proven to be defective under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty excludes costs, repairs, or replacements for issues resulting from use other than normal and reasonable use, cosmetic damages due to regular wear and tear, damages occurring after any unauthorized work is attempted, and conditions/malfunctions/damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Additionally, routine service or maintenance required within the warranty period, including but not limited to demagnetization or adjustments for accuracy resulting from an impact affecting the balance, are not covered.
