Refund policy

UBIQ is dedicated to offering a 30 Days Free Return Policy for customers who are dissatisfied with their watch purchase. Should 30 days pass since the date of purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received (inclusive of plastic wrappers and protective stickers) and should be in its original packaging. To complete the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that only items directly purchased from UBIQ are accepted for returns. Items bought through other retailers or stockists must adhere to the respective return and refund policies of those establishments.

Unfortunately, pre-orders, accessories and free gifts are non-refundable.

Are there any charges for returns?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer bears the responsibility for return shipping charges. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item.

*International customers should be aware that any return shipping duties/taxes charged to UBIQ Watches will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Do you provide exchanges?
Exchanges are only facilitated for watches that are defective or damaged. For exchanging an item for the same product, please contact us via email at support@ubiqwatches.com

How long does it take for me to get my refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of the item. Subsequently, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 10 working days after the return is received. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to reflect in your statement.

What about late or missing refunds?
If you have not received a refund, check your bank account first.

Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, considering the processing time they may require for a refund.
