Shipping Policies

Can you mark the shipment as a gift or declare a lower value for the item?
We are unable to modify customs documents by marking orders as gifts or declaring a lower value for the item. However, for pre-order items or crowdfunding campaigns, the declared value will be based on the lowest pre-order price for all items.

What is the expected timeframe for the shipment of my items?
Our goal is to dispatch your UBIQ order within 24 business hours of verification, though this timeline may fluctuate based on the current workload in our warehouse. UPS/FedEx/DHL guarantees worldwide delivery within 5 business days.

However, holidays and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may impact or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers or issue a refund for the order.

How can I trace my shipment
Upon confirmation of your UBIQ order, you will receive an email containing the order confirmation. Another email, with the tracking link, will be sent once the item is shipped, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.

What course of action should be taken if my shipment is lost or stolen?
All our shipments are equipped with tracking and insurance, though not for the full retail value. We reserve the right to cancel an order instead of replacing the item. A significant waiting period may be required before considering a shipment as lost in transit, depending on the location and time of year. Filing a claim for a lost parcel can be a time-consuming process, and we require tangible/digital proof that the claim has been lodged, stating that the customer did not receive the item.

Carriers may conduct investigations into lost package claims, and fraudulent claims may result in legal action.

We do not accept responsibility for packages stolen after being marked as delivered or packages lost by couriers attempting delivery but unable to access the delivery location. Please consider this when providing your shipping address. If you believe your order is lost or stolen after delivery or an attempted delivery, contact your local post office with your tracking number and inquire with your neighbors.
